Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party appointed by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless we made an error with your order (e.g., incorrect item sent, item not as described).

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (if available). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items and verify their condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item or incorrect description), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Processing Returns

If you believe the product you received was not as described or has any undisclosed issues, please reach out to us. Under such circumstances, we will accept returns and cover the return shipping costs.

  1. Initiating a Return: Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at [email protected] or through our contact page. Include your order number, name, and the reason for the return in your email.
  2. Return Authorization: If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions. If we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage. Use the original packaging if possible. For returns due to customer withdrawal (non-fault), you will need to cover the return shipping cost.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
  5. Notification of Refund: After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund for the item price, excluding original shipping fees (and return shipping fees if applicable). An email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

Restocking Fee

A customer may be charged a restocking fee if the package is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address
  • Returned due to refused delivery
  • Returned due to unclaimed packages
  • Returned due to non-payment of duties/taxes
  • Cancelled before shipment

Once a package is returned to us for any of the reasons listed above, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If the customer fails to repurchase the new shipping label within 5 business days, they will be subjected to a restocking fee of 10% (domestic) or 15% (international), which will be deducted from the refund amount.
